Nearly the entire drive back on Potash is overly bumpy (and we love to Jeep on the back trails). Suggest taking the Schafer Trail back up and out of Canyonlands instead. Can't say the views were anything great on Potash either. There are three sites approximately 30 miles (48 km) East of Carlsbad, New Mexico.
