WebAug 21, 2024 · A total of 21 cases of implant exposure and 115 controls without implant exposure were included in this study that were not specifically matched for any factor other than having a GDD implant in a child. Of the twenty-one cases of implant exposure, 15 involved the tube and six involved exposure of the plate.
