WebMay 25, 2024 · You need to go to windows device manager, then to com port and then find on your computer the correct drivers/dll files for that radio and re-install them, over on the uv5 page at Miklor they talk about this problem and walk you thru fixing this for the uv5r which is the same as the uv82 models.
